Restoration Is the Right Answer When the Roof Qualifies.

Restoration is not a universal solution. It works when the existing membrane is fundamentally sound, when wet insulation is limited in extent, and when the roof deck can support the system. It fails when applied to a roof that was not a genuine candidate.

Our process starts with a thorough assessment, thermal survey, core samples, and visual inspection, to confirm whether restoration is viable before any scope is proposed. If the roof qualifies, restoration delivers excellent value. If it does not, we tell you that clearly and explain why.

Restoration Candidate Criteria

A roof is a strong restoration candidate when:

The existing membrane is structurally sound with less than 25% wet insulation
The roof deck is intact and capable of supporting the restoration system
The existing slope and drainage can be maintained or improved
The remaining useful life of the underlying system supports restoration investment
