Honest Recommendation
We present our findings in a written report with photographic documentation. Our recommendation will be the most cost-effective solution for your building: repair, restore or replace. We explain the reasoning clearly, including what we considered and ruled out.
Scoped Proposal
If you want to proceed, we provide a detailed written proposal. No ambiguous line items, no hidden exclusions. The scope is clear enough that you can get a competing quote on identical terms if you choose to.
Scheduled Execution
Work is scheduled to fit your operational requirements. We manage access, materials, safety and interfaces with your building management team. Daily progress updates are provided on larger projects.
Completion & Documentation
On completion, we provide a full job record: photographic documentation of work completed, materials used, warranty documentation where applicable, and a recommended maintenance schedule.
